It is located on the Victory Avenue, adjacent to the Dzitoghtsyan Museum of National Architecture. The cathedral will become the seat of the Ordinariate for Eastern Europe of the Armenian Catholic Church. The construction was launched in December 2010 and is envisaged to be completed by the end of 2015.〔(Holy Cross Church, Gyumri )〕 ==Architecture== The church of the Holy Cross belongs to the Circular style (Zvartnots-like) of the Armenian churches with a belfry at its entrance. The architect of the church is Hakob Jivanyan, while the construction engineer is Hakob Baghdasaryan.
